The foundation
Our history

The work of a family
After the sudden loss of her son Claude, Denise Vieujant-Beckers
supported by her husband Guy Beckers created a foundation in his memory, seeking to perpetuate his legacy through a mission with a positive impact on society: an unwavering dedication to children in need.
Since 1993, the Claude Beckers Foundation has financially supported associations dedicated to helping children in material, physical, mental or moral difficulties, both in Belgium and abroad.
Each year, thanks to concrete projects carried out with grassroots associations, many lives are touched, thus paving the way for a more promising future for these young people in vulnerable situations.
Upon the death of Denise Vieujant-Beckers and in accordance with her wishes, her children and grandchildren took over the Foundation, continuing its work with passion and determination.
A strong and lasting family commitment to serving the most vulnerable.
You too can help build a better world. Together, let’s make a difference!

Our mission
“We financially support associations that work for the well-being of children in difficulty.”
Preserving the gift of childhood
Since its beginnings, the Beckers Foundation has been resolutely committed to the safety and development of young people. The belief that all children deserve a happy childhood is at the heart of our mission.
Let us preserve the precious gift of childhood and give every child the chance to grow up in a world full of opportunities.

Our team
For more than thirty years, the Claude Beckers Foundation has been run by the same family. Created by Claude’s mother, it is today administered by subsequent generations. All together, they invest with fervor and enthusiasm, voluntarily, to perpetuate this family heritage.
